Calpol Six Plus Paracetamol 80ml
Calpol Six Plus Suspension Sugar Free contains 250 mg Paracetamol in each 5 ml.
Excipients: maltitol liquid ((E965) contains 2.04 g of maltitol liquid per 5 ml), sodium (contains 1.18mg per 5ml), benzyl alcohol, propylene glycol (E1520), sorbitol liquid ((E420 contains 1.935 g sorbitol liquid per 5ml)), glycerol, methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E218) and propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E216).

Children aged 12-16 years: 10 – 15 ml (Two to three 5 ml doses) up to 4 times a day
Adults and children over 16 years: 10 – 20 ml (Two to four 5 ml doses) up to 4 times a day.
It is important to shake the bottle for at least 10 seconds before use.
The Elderly:
In the elderly, the rate and extent of paracetamol absorption is normal but plasma half-life is longer and paracetamol clearance is lower than in young adults.
