It is finely milled from whole wheat and is also known as all-purpose flour. Its high gluten, iron & vitamin content make it the ideal choice for making naans, parathas, pastries, biscuits, bread, pizza, muffins, cookies. It is also used in thickening gravies and sauces. It does not have any nutritional value but does have plenty of calories.
