Instructions: 1. Wash in 3-4 changes of clean water.
2. Soak in enough water to cover for 5-8 hours.
3. Replace water with clean water, bring to the boil & boil for 30 minutes.
4. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until tender ensuring saucepan does not dry.
